If you are a fan of spicy food and celebrity interviews, you might have heard of Hot Ones, the show with hot questions and even hotter wings. In this show, host Sean Evans challenges his guests to eat 10 chicken wings coated with different hot sauces, ranging from mild to extremely hot. The sauces change every season, and some of them are exclusive to the show. In this blog post, I will give you the full list of Hot Ones sauces from all seasons of the show, based on their Scoville Heat Units (SHU), which measure how spicy they are.
Season 1
The first season of Hot Ones started with Texas Pete Original, a classic American sauce with 750 SHU. The second sauce was Cholula Original, a Mexican sauce with 1,000 SHU. The third sauce was El Yucateco Caribbean, a habanero-based sauce with 5,790 SHU. The fourth sauce was Lottie’s Traditional Barbados Yellow, a mustard-based sauce with 7,500 SHU. The fifth sauce was Pain is Good Louisiana Style, a cayenne-based sauce with 8,000 SHU. The sixth sauce was Blair’s Original Death Sauce, a habanero-based sauce with 30,000 SHU. The seventh sauce was Dave’s Gourmet Temporary Insanity, a ghost pepper-based sauce with 57,000 SHU. The eighth sauce was Dave’s Gourmet Insanity, a habanero-based sauce with 180,000 SHU. The ninth sauce was Mad Dog 357, a habanero-based sauce with 357,000 SHU. The tenth and final sauce was Blair’s Mega Death Sauce, a habanero-based sauce with 550,000 SHU.
Season 2
The second season of Hot Ones kept the same first two sauces as the first season: Huy Fong Sriracha Sauce with 2,200 SHU and Tapatio Hot Sauce with 3,000 SHU. The third sauce was El Yucateco Chile Habanero, a habanero-based sauce with 8,910 SHU. The fourth sauce was Pain is Good Louisiana Style, which was also used in the first season. The fifth sauce was Hot Ones Fiery Chipotle, an exclusive sauce for the show made with smoked jalapenos and habaneros with 15,600 SHU. The sixth sauce was High River Sauces Rogue, a scorpion pepper-based sauce with 34,000 SHU. The seventh sauce was Pain 100%, a habanero-based sauce with 40,600 SHU. The eighth sauce was Da Bomb Beyond Insanity, a habanero-based sauce with 135,600 SHU. The ninth sauce was Mad Dog 357, which was also used in the first season. The tenth and final sauce was Blair’s Mega Death Sauce, which was also used in the first season.
Season 3
The third season of Hot Ones changed the first two sauces to Huy Fong Sriracha Sauce and Tabasco Sauce with 2,500 SHU. The third sauce was El Yucateco Chile Habanero, which was also used in the second season. The fourth sauce was Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce, a habanero-based sauce with coffee and vinegar with 14,000 SHU. The fifth sauce was Hot Ones Fiery Chipotle, which was also used in the second season. The sixth sauce was Bravado Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce, a ghost pepper-based sauce with blueberries and black pepper with 28,000 SHU.
